Using your Nighy node is simple and intuitive. Follow these steps for the best experience:
1. Charge up:
Plug in your Nightnode and charge around 30 minutes before use. Avoid charging for lower than two hours to maintain battery health.
2. Power on
Hold the power button on the side of the device for five seconds to turn it on. Night node starts in slow pulse mode by default, designed to help you relax and prepare for rest.
If you prefer a different rhythm, press the power button once more to switch between slow pulse rate and fast pulse rate modes, allowing you to choose whichever feels most comfortable.
3. Position your Night Node
Hold the device in the palm of your hand with the metal surface facing downwards, resting naturally against your skin.
The device gently stimulates the PC8 acupressure point, located at the center of the palm, which is associated with relaxation and balanced rest.
It also engages the Triple Warmer meridian (TW2/TW3) a pathway linked to supporting the body’s sense of calm and equilibrium.
- For evening use or before bed, hold CalmCarry® in your left hand to support deeper relaxation and rest.
- For daytime use, hold it in your right hand to promote calm focus.
Adjust the intensity using the “+” or “–” buttons until you find your preferred comfort level.
4. Time to rest
Each session runs for approximately 20 minutes and automatically turns off when complete, allowing you to simply relax, unwind, and drift off without needing to switch it off manually.
